Moulding Grade Acrylic Sheet

Molding Grade Acrylic Sheets are manufactured by extrusion process. Like cast acrylic, extruded acrylic has several benefits to consider. Firstly, they are more economical. Secondly, like cast acrylic sheets, extruded sheets have excellent optical properties. However, extruded acrylic sheets have a lower melting point than cast acrylic sheets making them easily thermoformable, bendable and moldable, because they are more malleable than cast acrylic. Also, these sheets bonds well and they can be polished well using flames and buffing machine. This makes your final product more durable because small surface scratches can be polished or buffed away.
